Managing Director

GTI founder and managing director, Sarah Anderson is one of the travel industry’s most familiar and trusted faces having working in tourism marketing and management for more than 18 years.

A passionate traveller, marketer and communicator, she drives GTI’s pioneering vision and its leading role in the industry. She is highly regarded by clients and the industry for her innovative, can-do approach, crisis management experience and sustainable travel expertise.

Sarah is heavily involved with the travel industry at many levels and is recognised for her contribution to the industry having held leadership roles as Chair of CATO (Council of Australian Tour Operators), ANTOR (Association National Tourist Office Representatives) and for her achievements in driving global sustainable tourism initiatives.

GTI general manager Georgia Gregerson is renowned for her strategic thinking, enthusiasm for the tourism industry and strong relationships in the market. Georgia is responsible for leading and integrating the team to ensure effective output across the board and success at every level.

With extensive knowledge and experience leading multi-channel and integrated sales, marketing, PR and digital strategies, Georgia is a core and influential figure across the board, leading on client accounts and agency operations.

GTI Tourism clients and the broader travel industry rely on Georgia’s strong leadership to ensure great results from the agency’s campaigns. She is a member of The Australian Society of Travel Writers (ASTW) and ANTOR.

Head of Strategy

Caroline is a strategic and enthusiastic marketing specialist with extensive knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, consumer online marketing and has a proven track record in planning and leading marketing strategies to support business goals. As Head of Strategy, Caroline leads the Sales & Marketing team at GTI Tourism and is charged with delivering exceptional campaign strategies and spearheading strategically sound, integrated marketing activity across all agency clients.

Her specialties include travel marketing, social media and content strategy, web project management, agency management, CRM, strategic partnerships, SEM, campaign analytics, CMS, web analytics, customer insights and industry research.

Rachel Jones

Director of Communications & Strategy

Rachel is a creative and strategic communications expert with over 13 years’ experience working in the travel, hospitality, luxury and lifestyle industries. As GTI’s Director of Communications & Strategy, she leads and develops effective communications strategies for the agency’s portfolio of travel and tourism clients.

Having worked in the UK and Australia, across marketing, media and corporate communications departments, both in-house and agency-side, she offers clients comprehensive knowledge of the travel and public relations industries and brings extensive experience to the fold.

Rachel is a passionate storyteller and works closely with clients to discover and shape their stories to appeal to the market through the multitude of media channels available. A travel expert, thought leader, communications strategist and creative, she builds and leads PR plans, partnerships, and content creation for GTI’s clients.

Anne is GTI’s senior specialist in trade marketing, and co-operative partnerships and brings unparalleled flair to managing GTI’s core industry relationships. She leads the agency’s trade strategy responsible for strongly advocating on behalf of her clients and ensuring exceptional opportunities are brought to life.

Anne ensures key partners, both internationally and domestically, have an agency wide point of contact at GTI Tourism and her experience in managing trade events, marketing campaigns and partnerships is often called on. She is an educator on trade industry evolution, structure and leveraging industry and non-traditional partnerships.
