According to Amadeus research, people are still more likely to seek professional advice if they are planning longer term tours.

37% TRAVELLERS KEEN TO TRY SOLO HOLIDAY
According to the new YouGov research, 27 % of people would go on a local holiday alone, and 58 % have already done it. According to research, 41 % of people have gone on a holiday abroad alone, and 37 % said they would be willing to go overseas alone, but almost 20 % of people said they haven’t, and wouldn’t be willing to.

UNITED CONFIRMS SYD/IAH

United Airlines will begin the first direct flights between Australia and Houston, Texas on 18 January, 2018. At 13,843 kilometres, the trip from Sydney will take 15 hours and 45 minutes, while the return Houston to Sydney will take 17.5 hours, making it one of the longest in the world.
